Hi! I’m Alexandra,

As a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, and scholar of Eastern philosophy and psychology, I work with individuals experiencing chronic or acute physical and mental pain—especially those who have yet to find lasting solutions. My goal is to help you achieve relaxation of both body and mind, empowering you to live a more pain-free and fulfilling daily life.

My Training and Approach

My personal style of manual therapy integrates training in various modalities and schools of thought. I completed my initial 550-hour massage therapy certification in Los Angeles, California, in early 2021.

During this period, I expanded my skills with:

  • A 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India.

  • A 100-hour Thai massage training in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

  • A BA in Psychology From the University of Hawai’i at Manoa.

Most recently, I trained with Dr. Cynthia Price in Mindful Awareness in Body-Oriented Therapy (MABT)—an evidence-based, body-oriented approach for individuals whose challenges are both physical and emotional.

MABT focuses on interoception, or the ability to sense, interpret, and regulate internal bodily sensations. Through gentle touch, mindfulness, and collaborative communication between client and therapist, MABT supports you in:

  • Developing deeper body awareness.

  • Identifying and experiencing stored sensations.

  • Learning to regulate these sensations for improved emotional and physical well-being.

Please see the MABT Page in my service menu to learn more.

My Service Philosophy

Body Work is more than physical relief—it impacts the mind and emotions as well. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship, open communication, and your comfort are essential for achieving meaningful results in a session.

Where to Find Me

I currently offer massage services at The Still and Moving Center on the island of O‘ahu. I also provide In-Room Mobile Massage Therapy for both travelers and locals in the greater Honolulu area.

Let’s Get Started

If you’re interested in working with me, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to build a solid foundation for our session. Through the knowledge and experience I’ve gained, I hope to support you in achieving balance, relaxation, and a renewed sense of well-being.

It’s true: To be well in the mind, we must be well in the body. Wholeness is the key to truly feeling our best.
